We had a large group stay for our for the second time here. This time Dheeraj at the reception was just absolutely amazing and very smart in his work. He is courteous and resolved everything promptly. All our group had amazing stay. Rooms are good and breakfast is generous. Very close promotion to airport and shopping mall next door. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying in this hostel. The hotel staff was amazing. There was this one hotel staff named Trilok Singh who was way too kind and he went out of his way to provide excellent customer service in the buffet area. His service is commendableExceptional property! I've stayed here on two different occasions and was equally impressed both times. Service team is exceptional!Overall, hotel offers excellent restaurants, full gym (variety of free weights, machines & cardio equipment) and nicely appointed rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffet is outstanding with a wide array of food choices all wonderfully prepared and presented. Fresh salads and fruits were excellent! Executive lounge offered a great breakfast as well.Will certainly stay here again when my travels take me back to New Delhi.

The rooms was spacious and modern in style. Bed was so comfortable and everything was very clean. The location and the view from my room was very amazing. Services were fast and friendly also. Staff was very helpful. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.I had the best experience at this hotel- especially as a solo female traveler! They were able to get me a room with a few hours heads up & organized a pickup and drop off! The room was SO nice and clean! I wish I had more time to explore the amenities- would recommend staying here

The experience at the hotel was wonderful. we had booked two separate rooms, a deluxe and a suite. Prompt services was the main takeaway during the stay. We loved our stay at aeroporto Ours was a last-minute booking after previous accommodations didn't work out and we felt so lucky to have stayed here. We had lounge access and visited every day, which was so convenient and a highlight of our stay. The staff were precious at every turn, going above and beyond to get us what we needed. Several times my husband made a special request and they made it happen, even though we made it clear that they didn't need to unless it was convenient to do so. All of the staff are gems! Our room, a signature suite, was mind blowing! Gorgeous and comfortable in every way. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience and Delhi and I would be hard to choose another property if we were to return.

Stayed at hotel aeroporto 3 nights for an event and can only recommend it. The room is comfortable, has a great bed, big window and office area. The bathroom is huge, special mention to the shower, very relaxing after a day of work. Breakfast and food at the restaurant is simply great. Some locals say it could be better but for my European palate it's just perfect. Service is what one would expect of a 4-star hotel, very attentive and quick. If you are traveling for business or need a stay close to the airport I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Perfect hotel for the American traveler to Delhi. We are treated to amazing service from the moment we arrived. The staff is friendly and kept our luggage and arranged for car and driver to show us tourist sites before we checked in. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a large selection. The gym has treadmill, elliptical and weight machines. The gym locker rooms have showers, sauna and steam room. We also visited the spa and had a high quality luxury couples massage. This location is close to Worldmark with fast casual restaurants as well as close to metro station. You will feel comfortable and well taken care of as a guest here

Rundown hotel. Room was dirty and had damage to wall and furniture everywhere. Dirty bathroom, not cleaned before. Additionally, nearby room was disruptive all night drink and be obnoxiously loud. Staff did not about it.
