Nice view on Top Floors, large breakfast.
The staff is very hospitible and the included breakfast will provide plenty fuel you for your adventures. Located one street back from the lake close to the areas top Chinese restaurants and a street back from some of the more luxurious hotels in the area. I stayed in a room with a large bed and two large windows with a good view of the Peace Pagoda to the south and Sarangkot to the North West. Even better view from the rooftop. Bathroom was spacious with good hot water (solar).
Cons: Difficulty accounting for payments done through expedia was awkward. Stray dogs attracted to the meat from the Chinese restaurants barked from 1-3am multiple nights. Wifi router to room was inconsistent as was electricity. (The electricity is a town wide problem). As consolation the internet in the lobby always works.
All things considered it’s a good choice. Quality room with a great breakfast run by friendly people.
