I wanted to bring to your attention several issues we experienced during our recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the elevators were out of service for nearly three days, which significantly impacted our stay, particularly as my wife has heart conditions that make climbing stairs difficult. Despite this inconvenience, the front desk did not offer any compensation.
Additionally, one of the rooms we rented had a non-functional TV, and the other room’s HVAC system failed to cool the room properly, making our stay uncomfortable. When we checked out, the manager was unavailable to address our concerns or to extend any gesture of goodwill.
This experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the standards we have come to expect from Marriott. I hope you can address these issues and prevent them from happening to future guests.
