The room was amazing and the cleanest in town, Staff was top notch and Sheila at the front desk was absolutely amazing and was so helpful. The property is such a better place with here at the desk.

Not so good. They saw my local ID & put us in what's considered "a weekly rental". No room service of any kind. Front desk tried to charge my card $191.81, $75, $75, then settled on $65 (which is currently being used as a deposit). I don't understand all the excess charges when i booked & paid for my room online. Won't be staying there again.

This was the west hotel I have EVER stayed in. The staff was terrible. The rooms were fills of bugs and holes and the locks didn’t work. The staff refused to speak to the expedia staff Ahmed trying to help the situation. I will never again stay here.
