First things first, the hotel is pretty good.
Good rooms, good bathroom, Good breakfast, good gym, good location.
Nothing to complain but the truth is that I wouldn't expect anything else either for the category, the type of hotel and prices I paid.
Having said that, I have mixed feelings which may turn into BAD feelings in the coming days if they don't fix an absurd problem with an authorized charge from the minibar.
After 2 weeks at the hotel, with parking (which is very expensive) and dinners at the restaurant, I found myself reading an invoice, 3 days after my checkout, for 2 consumptions from the minibar.
I was on a business trip so trust me when I say that if I used it I would have had no issue in paying it.
I sent 2 mails and no reply so far... Good....well done
Some other random issues happened with null or little excuses from the hotel: cars delivered late in several occasions, even when asked in advanced (1 day we even had to take the car ourselves from the lot), they lost for 2 days the laundry from one of my colleagues which luckily enough appeared later....
Being Expedia gold member I was entitled.to free room upgrade that didn't happened...
I may probably need to come back to the city but I will highly think twice about coming back to the hotel.or not....
