I was allowed to make a late reservation (10:35pm to be exact) and when I arrived at the property the check in window was closed. After contacting the staff through lobby phone I was told I had to make it there before 10pm in order to check in. I was traveling with 4 children and had been on the road for 4 hours and having to find somewhere else to stay was a horrible inconvenience. I would never book again.

I arrived at 11:30, was in the lobby, picked up the lobby phone, no answer.... and then I called the number posted near the lobby phone, no answer, a SMS text message was sent... no answer. I will be asking for a full refund but just got back.
