Hotel desagradable
Los accesos al estacionamientos son por calles sin pavimento, los guardias toman fotos del ine, placa y camioneta en general con ocupantes antes de abrir la pluma del estacionamiento, tuve un incidente en la habitación y la respuesta del hotel por solucionarlo fue nula, no hicieron la limpieza del lugar aún después de solicitarlo, me tuve que salir antes del día del check out, si viajan a Puebla no se queden en ese lugar, hay mejores opciones.

La atención de recepción cuando llegamos muy buena pero la chica que nos atendió al irnos tuvo muy mala actitud, el cuarto olía un poco feo pero se veía limpio y al llegar nos dijeron que la cortesía del desayuno era hasta las 12:30 y día siguiente a las 11:30 ya no nos la hicieron válida
