You get what you pay for.
We had to check in very late and it was no problem. I called ahead to check, and they were very helpful. The pod was as expected, and was clean & secure - the bathrooms were also as expected for communal bathroom (not quite so clean). Good value if you just need a space to sleep, would use again. Really lovely location, right next to canal.

The capsule hostel is a good place to be in a central location to all the attractions for Copenhagen, not to mention being infront of one of the the city's most famous street (caught me by surprise). Pretty location, but bathrooms could be a little cleaner. Otherwise cannot complain about the shared private rooms.

Plumbing is broken so it was extremely difficult to sleep as it sounded like dishwashers were going constantly through the night. Also didn't have a trash can in the bathroom, or power cable for the TV-setup.

Our private room was comfortable and had room to store luggage safely. It was quite hot and there only seemed to be one toilet to share, shower facilities were decent though.

Bait and switch
The low stars is because when I showed up, I was informed that they had overbooked so they had moved me to the Downtown Copehagen Hostel. I still paid the going rate for this Hostel though. They did inform me by email however the emails were from Hotel.com and said CPH which I had not booked at. At no point did it actually say that I would no longer be staying at this Hostel

The hostel is in a great location with access to many cafes and restaurants, and is walkable to many points of interest. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hostel had a stale, unpleasant odor, especially the floor with the rooms and sleeping pods. It was pretty stuffy. The toilets are also very small and cramped.

Dirty sheets, clogged plumbing and no service.
Several issues. 1: upon arrival I really doubt the bed sheets have been changed. Asked later to get this down. Ok. But never materialised. 2: showers are in a horrific condition. Plumbing totally blocked. So bad. 3: my capsule decided not to open the door one morning. No staff in reception between 12am to 2 Pm. What the actual!!!! Service guy showed up and saved my day. But phone nos useless. Either refeers to an email or an opening time after 9am. So and no chance to get hold on any one. No one. So bad service. I am aware it is “budget”. But come on. .

Highly accessible
Right in the middle of the tourist spot. We could walk or take ground transportation everywhere. Beautiful home. Like a hostel, but with pods. Four in a room. Could have done the bigger room. Never needed ear buds. lol. Bed wasn't as comfortable as a regular bed, but ok for a night or two.
