Very helpful staff and fine room. Good WiFi. Negative points for parking. I arrived late looking for an overnight stay from the highway. It took me 30 to 45 minutes to park. I parked once on the street but was advised by the hotel clerk to move, and then moved again because it seem like a very very dark area and I was not comfortable parking there. There’s limited hotel parking, Meaning that if you arrive even a bit late, you have to search for parking. By 10 o’clock / 11 o’clock at night this was very stressful. I cannot recommend this hotel for an overnight stay from the highway, but it might be a nice hotel for the area if you are visiting. The free breakfast included was fine.

Das modernste Hotel aus Siegen. Jedoch haben die Teppiche in den Zimmern auch schon bessere Tage gehabt genau so wie die Möbel. Die Parkmöglichkeiten können an manchen Tagen sehr eng werden. Genau so finde ich 12€ fürs Parken sehr teuer. Ansonsten wirklich das beste Hotel aus Siegen. Modern, gepflegt und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir haben leider ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer erhalten. Überall waren Notfallknöpfe und Schnüre. Die Toilette hatten keinen Deckel. Der Spiegel war verstellbar, allerdings ist wohl kein Rollstuhlfahrer 1,82 m groß und ich musste micht immer bücken, um mich im Spiegel zubetrachten. Die Servicekraft JRAMAJ hat uns als Gäste angelogen!!!! Die Metalchips zur Ausfahrt vom Parkplatz wären Zeitorientiert. Wir werden wohl in den nächsten 50 Jahren das Holiday Inn Express in Siegen meiden. Das Hotel war auch nicht ausgebucht, die meisten Parkplätze waren frei. Teuer und wenig Serviceorientiert. Das müssen wir uns nichtbieten lassen.

Check in so lala... Ja ich war etwas früher da als Checkin Zeit, Zimmer war noch "schmutzig". Ich könne warten, mann sage mir dann bescheid. War aber nicht so. Nach 2 Stunden habe ich dann mal Nachfgefragt : Zimmer schon lange fertig. Warum sagt man mir das nicht? Klimaanlage defekt. Gab einen Heizlüfter, der aber recht laut war. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.
