I would only stay here again if it were free! Guests have to use the key card to get into the hotel, stairwells and laundry room, which left us feeling unsafe even though the police station was accross the street. There is no elevator so you must carry all of your luggage up a flight of stairs (using your key card). The "hot" breakfast (eggs and sausage) was cold and there was no milk for cereal. A load of laundry was $6 (remember, you're keying your way into every door and stairwell, carrying laundry). The fitted sheets have no elastic, so they do not stay in place. If you go to the front desk, you have to use a desk phone that runs to the only staff person on the property. While the lobby bar does exist, there is no service per se (handed us a can of beer, no glass/cup). This place does NOT deserve the 9.2 score on Hotels.com (score as of June 2024).
