The hotel was clean, but the beds are very uncomfortable. The type of guests who stay here can be very loud, and doors slam throughout the night.
Staff was very friendly, although I had to pay a $500 peso tip to the manger named Marí to change to a more comfortable room. I was put in a room that was old, outdated, and not remolded yet. It was a depressing room and I had to change rooms. It was the principle of paying her a "tip", that went in her pocket, that made me angry. You're better off paying for a nicer hotel if you can afford it. Housekeeping staff was very friendly too! I wouldn't personally stay here again.
