I booked 2 days before my trip. My flight was delayed, instead 9:40 , we land at 11 pm
After claiming my car seat, I arrive around 1:30 am, previously I called in the afternoon to know the process because FD will be closed .
I called to 500, the guy was sleeping, very rude told me I did have a reservation and hang up. I called again, he said the same and hang up. I was traveling with a 17 months old baby, car seat and baby bag.
I called him again, he said “ stop calling, I really don’t care that is 1:30 am and you are traveling with a baby, I don’t care”
Horrible person, horrible.
I was there overnight with a baby, just one stranger helped me to go to other hotel,
I wish that guy that work the overnight July 14 get fired, he does not deserve to work in hospitality, rude person no manners.
