The hostess, Josee, is very warm and welcoming. The entire ground floor of the house is the B&B, which includes a large, comfortable living room and full kitchen. Our room was also large and comfortable with a great bed and spacious living space as well! Breakfast was excellent, the backyard pool area has tons of seating and amazing views of the lake and the whole valley. Overall, an excellent stay.

Josee and Andrew are the perfect hosts, they look after you from the moment you arrive until the time you leave. The pool area is a nice place to relax in the mornings and after the heat of the day has passed in the evening. The bed was nice and comfy and the area was extremely quiet even though it was only a few minutes by car to downtown Kelowna and the malls. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay there.

We were lucky enough to get the B&B to ourselves in the dead of winter. Jossee was very accommodating to our dietary needs and gave us complete privacy. The breakfasts were excellent, our room was nicely appointed and we made good use of the both the hot tub and the double tub in our room. The common area is very nice and having some fridge & freezer space was great. If you want some exercise, there are great hills to walk in the area or it's 5-10 minutes to drive to the waterfront. We're definitely going to try to come back in the summer to make use of the pool!

Beautiful location with an amazing host. The backyard is like an Eden with a pool, incredible views and colorful landscaping. The rooms are very clean and private with access to common area. Our room had everything we needed, including a little fridge and coffee maker. As this is a Bed & Breakfast, we had the great privilege to experience Josee's delicious Eggs Benedict. Beautiful in every way! Beautifully decorated! Continental breakfast supplied was outstanding and classy. Very pieceful with saltwater pool and shaded gazebo right outside each private door. Will definitely be back.
