Very poor, unpleasant experience, I would never recommend or come back. Be aware everyone. Stayed 2 nights and both mornings got woken up at 6am by excessive noise from delivery vans offloading outside, as if there was no hotel and people sleeping above. Spoke to reception on day one, only to be told - sorry your room is a standard room and on the side of the hotel where rooms may be noisy. What sort of response is that? Embarrassing, very rude and inappropriate. I was told I had to pay for a premium room to get the quiet side and not to be woken up at 6am. Not at all interested in changing the room after the first night, knowingly the second morning may be noisy again - which it was. Apparently no manager was available at the time to speak to, reception not bothered to do anything. Says a lot.
Also, the room was too hot to sleep or be in for long, no air conditioning available. And their response? You have to pay for premium room that has air conditioning. So basically, because you have a standard room you need to deal with a hot room and not being able to be comfortable or sleep at night due to how hot it is in the room.
I'm sorry but you have a long long way to understand what caring means, what customer satisfaction and retention means and ensuring guests staying are happy and enjoy their stay.
