Check in process is painful, I received the following email at 12.27pm

We have you arriving at Destiny on Fitzherbert motel on the 21 Feb 2022. You will receive a text (by 1.45 pm on the day of arrival) to the mobile number used in the booking process. If the person arriving is using a different number, don't hesitate to contact us to send the text to the appropriate mobile. If you have not received your text message shortly after receiving this email, please get in touch with us to re-send the message.
The text message will detail your allocated room number and the applicable pin code for the lockbox.
By 4pm I still hadn't received the text, even after emailing the office, leaving messages on their landline and cell phones and texting. Eventually got a phone call with instructions. Then had to email, phone and text again to get the wifi code. And no apology. The motel itself was actually good and comfortable but the service was crap.
