Su estructura es antigua, me gusta lo antiguo, el cuarto que me tocó para 2 personas en camas individuales muy cómodas, la actitud del personal muy amable, está cerca del centro histórico pudimos ir a pasear al centro a pie si volvería a hospedar en mi siguiente visita a Puebla

La propiedades no fue de nuestro agrado... las fotos no coinciden con la realidad de las habitaciones. La camas fueron incomodas, la habitación donde nos alojamos no tenía puntos para la entrada y salida de aire. Adicionalmente, el acceso al hotel estuvo condicionado hasta antes de las 10 pm (nos dimos cuenta la primera noche cuando cerraron las puertas y tuvimos dificultades para ingresar después de esa hora).

Les sugiero que hagan tengan su recibo de pago guardado y que si quedan en un acuerdo con la dueña sean bien específicos, porque por lo que escuche a la señora siempre se le olvida en los términos que quedó con el cliente y quiere cobrar de más, tampoco le gusta que hagan su reservación por ebook porque dice que le quitan el 20% y se enoja con los clientes, hace comentarios a modo de reproche y luego se quiere desquitar cobrandoles el porcentaje por hacer su reservación por internet. En general todo estubo bien,aún que su hubo algunas complicaciones, como la chapa de la puerta no servía y nos cambiaron de cuarto y en el otro cuarto no salía agua caliente y salía súper poquita agua. La chapa de la puerta del baño no servia, fue un poco incómodo que nos cambiarán de cuarto porque tuvimos que mover todas nuestras cosas otra vez. Pero era algo que se tenía que hacer y los empleados fueron muy serviciales

HOTEL CON DEFICIENCIA EN CONTAR CON AGUA CALIENTE
Es un Hotel que esta bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, el personal que atiende es muy atento y amable, lamentablemente el hotel esta dividido en dos secciones para el uso de agua caliente: Una es con calentador solar y otra con calentador de gas. En donde me hospedé fue la sección de calentador de gas convencional y nunca me pude bañar en la habitación con agua caliente y tenía que trasladarme a otra para poder bañarme. Otros huéspedes también se quejaban de la sección con paneles solares el agua no salía caliente solo tibia.
