The hotel is generally OK with a good price-quality ratio:
+ they made a nice effort on the decoration (mix between "golden kitsch" in the reception with "modern nordic style" in the rooms)
+ it is located in the SW corner of the Chiang Mai centre square (opposite of the "tourist district", but close to the historical centre, Saturday night market and the main road to the airport = easy to find)
+ it is generally comfortable and clean (although we had a problem when we check-in: the room was cleaned as "daily", i.e. like for a guest who was keeping the room - new water bottled, new shampoo/soap, but same (durty) bed sheets + wet towels...)
+ breakfast is a buffet, starts at 7:00 (we couldn't try as we were leaving before 7:00 and generally we prefer to take our breakfast outside in Chiang Mai - so many street food!)
- this quite big building hotel seems also ageing quite fast.
