“Great price for a suite!”, was my first thought, but you do get what you pay for. Easily walkable between two main train stations, this “hotel” is in a convenient location. Although difficult to initially find because of its one small sign and access-requested button. After entering into an office hallway, we finally found the “reception” (which was a sad bench and a beaten-up podium randomly placed in the hallway) where we were helped by very friendly staff (onsite only between 9to5). The living room was sparse but at least the kitchen had all basic needs. The bedroom had a queen bed which was too large for the room and the door would not open fully and consistently hit the bed (a fire code violation?) and we constantly had to turn sideways to enter the room. The bathroom had a very high tub to climb over in which to shower (dangerous for someone with balance issues). The small sink area with no storage or hooks was definitely created for a single-user, not a couple. In summary, the staff were the best part about the visit. They were great. But this is a short-stay apartment, this is not hotel. No amenities - you are on your own. If that is what you are looking for - great. But for me (someone who prefers service and who is a lite sleeper) it did not feel „premiere“, nor did it feel „suite (sweet)“. It was just a place to crash for a few nights.

Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately our suite had issues that required us calling on maintenance. The water was, for some reason, turned off. There had been some sort of spill in one of the bedrooms that they were using a fan on the carpet for, which had a nasty smell to it. Not supposed to use the balconies based on a Glasgow safety issue but couldn’t lock the doors to the balconies without the help of maintenance, which struck us as weird. Other little things like holes in some towels, loose things (Kleenex box and a decorative knob), fudge hadn’t been turned on, and the latch inside the front door didn’t work well. Location was great though, and had nice views. Really close to Queens and convenient.

Very convenient , comfortable and clean
Wonderfully clean and spacious. Little tricky to find as the entrance is tucked between 2 businesses. Only complaint is the hike to parking which wouldn't be bad if there was a "drop off area/check in area". This inconvenience is certainly offset by the proximity to the square, train and bus stations, and fun shopping on Buchanan Street. Pics are views from my room- great people watching.

This room did not look anything like the photos. It was reasonably clean, but it was cheap and uncomfortable. There is no AC and for some reason the hall was sweltering hot. This caused our room to be hot and there was no was to really cool it down. The coffee pot didn't work. The shower was slow to drain and leaked. We had a great trip up to this point. It was so bad that I actually tried to get an earlier flight out so we didn't have to stay there.

Had a good stay but booked this property because of the balcony but this was closed and weren’t allowed out due to a health and safety incident. This was disappointing. The room was also extremely hot when we entered but regulated after a few hours of opening windows and turning aircon on. The water pressure in en-suite shower was weak and kept pulsing which was rather strange but managed to shower none the less. An ok stay and would probably return in future.

AC not working, no access to balcony from penthouse unit, for ‘insurance reasons’ unless of course you stay for a week? Really unclear about it. Neighbouring unit was rented by a bunch of young people that played loud music and screamed half the night from THEIR balcony. Decent kitchen, everything you’d need to prep food for yourself. Excellent location. So many dining options! Close to pedestrian shopping street, buses.

Large apartment with great kitchen and very comfortable bed. However a very hot apartment. There was no way to cool the room down in the afternoon except to open the windows to the hoons driving around in their" hotted up " cars. Had to shut the windows in order to sleep, then woke up to a very hot room. Turned the boiler temperature down, to no avail. Staff apologetic and explained that the building itself was very old. A fan would have significantly helped! Great position, just across the square from Queen Street Station. Beware of the hot water! About every two minutes you got scalding hot water lasting for 5 seconds, so showering became a bit of a dance! Could be a risk of a burn if young children are showering.

Our family booked two rooms for our visit to Glasgow. One of the rooms was a 2-bedroom penthouse suite, and we loved the amount of space, full kitchen, and peace and quiet during our stay. We were mainly focused on exploring the surrounding area, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the rooms - mostly in the evenings. It was nice having access to George Square for the hop on, hop off busses and to walk to restaurants. Unfortunately we were not permitted access to the balcony due to safety concerns, although it looked like an excellent place to relax. I hope Premier Suites will open this area back up to future guests. Additionally, we had some issues getting the dryer to function. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.
