Booked online while travelling. Arrived to a run down looking property that appeared closed (not unexpected in the new reality). Called number on reservation, not right number. Googled property for a different number, spoke with someone, who came "down" 10 minutes later. Was told he had no record of an online booking (showed confirmation) and that he wasn't accepting bookings online, but if I paid CASH, I could get a room. Drove away. Had to call for a refund on a prepaid reservation. HOTELS.COM could not reach property at first, had to provide THEM with the secondary number I had called. Still waiting on refund. Avoid this property!
