Upon our arrival, we found that the shower drain was not working. The TV remote was not working. The safe was locked out and did not respond to commands. The phone charging station with speakers did not have a cord attached to it. We reported these problems.
The ceiling had water stains from run-down rains. The stairs leading to the front door were all greenish, while other stairs in the same building were properly washed.
Later in the week, we found that the kitchen corner had only two outlets for three appliances. We had to move the oven over to plug in the toaster. There was also standing water on the counter under the oven.
We arrived at 4 PM on Sunday and called for service immediately. Despite four phone calls, no one showed up till the next day, so we could not use the shower immediately after our long trip. The safe was not fixed even after the maintenance visit.

The bathroom needs shelves for toothpaste and brushes.
The space was not as tall and pretty as shown in the pictures. The apartment was on the fourth floor with very steep stairs and very worn carpet.
I would recommend all my friends avoid Viridian apartments at Earl’s Court.
It was our first trip to England. The worst part of this trip was this apartment.
