Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel it's important to share my concerns to help others make informed decisions.
To begin with, my stay was marred by several unsettling incidents. Upon entering the restroom, I was shocked to discover a black widow spider. This was not only an alarming sight but also a major concern for the safety and cleanliness of the room.
Furthermore, the state of the bedding in one of the beds was disconcerting. There were stains that appeared to be blood on the sheets. This not only gave an impression of poor hygiene but also made me question the thoroughness of the housekeeping.
What compounded my disappointment was the discovery of a cockroach in one of my bags once I returned home. It was deeply unsettling to think that such pests could have easily infiltrated my belongings during my stay at the hotel.
Additionally, the shower in the room emitted a repulsive odor. This made the simple task of bathing a truly unpleasant experience, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.
Overall, my stay at The Atwood was anything but pleasant. The presence of a black widow spider in the restroom, stained sheets, the intrusion of a cockroach into my belongings, and the foul smell in the shower collectively created an environment that was far from the standards one would expect from a reputable hotel.
I sincerely hope that my feedback will prompt improvements in the hotel's cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control measures.
