Non esiste il servizio
Sono arrivato alle 15:00 del giorno 17 novembre e ho scoperto che non si trattava di un hotel ma di un palazzo con alcuni appartamenti in affitto temporaneo. Non c'era nessuno a ricevermi. Ho dovuto affittare un altro appartamento nello stesso stabile pagando ben 320 mila pesos cileni.

DO NOT STAY HERE - NOT A HOTEL.
Many issues here - I lasted one night (paid for 4) and even then, only because it was so late when I got in. Have complained to hotels.com and await a response. The wifi did not work at all - all devices attached to, and worked from, the wifi at Starbucks across the road - so it was not a device issue. The Curtains - photo's speak for the themselves. Room is very noisy, I felt like I was sleeping right beside Ave Providencia - it was impossible to sleep or rest. Shower was broken - as shown in the photo. Furniture broken, kitchen filthy. Door handle broken, as shown in photo's. No way to contact the owners - as THIS IS NOT A HOTEL - it is a residential building with no one way of contacting anyone for assistance. Do not stay here.

Excelente
Adoramos. Apartamento perfeito para viagem em familia. Localizacao excelente. Com metro, cafe, mercadinho, restaurantes... tudo perto proporcionando muita comodidade durante a estadia. A troca de toalhas foi feita diariamente, com excecao do final de semana. O unico fator a ser melhorado seria os lencois e a toalhas nao serem tao novas.

El departamento muy bueno, nuevo, amplio y comodo, pero lamentanlemente el aseo deficiente, con polvo en los muebles, incluso rooa interior en el living. Eso fue muy asqueroso, y echo abajo la buena opinion anterior.

Skitten leilighet ved T-banen.
Leilighet som ser bra ut på bildene, men har endel mangler. Skapdørene på kjøkkenet løsnet ved bruk. Dusjen lekker fra slangen og spruter alle veier. Vannet er varierer fra iskaldt til ubehagelig varmt. Elendig rengjøring i hele leiligheten, Måtte skylle glassene og asjettene før bruk. Bestilte denne leiligheten til 4 personer, men sovesofaen var helt elendig å ligge i. Styr unna denne!

No cumple con lo que dice, no tiene aire acondicionado, los tv sin control y se ven re mal, ruidoso, con poca ventilacion, no dejan las cantidad de toallas que tienen que dejar, sucio los sillones, en fin bastante mal. Lo mejor la ubicacion que hau un metro en la puerta y bares abajo

Localização Excelente, porem atendimento e limpeza
Atendimento e limpeza péssimo... quarto sujo, roupas de cama sujas , não colocaram papel higiênico ( quando acabou o rolo, tive que comprar no mercado ) quarto principal sem luz ( reclamei e não trocaram ) Wifi não funcionou no 1 dia ( tive que reclamar para arrumar ) toda a vez que chegava no hotel, não abriram a porta do estacionamento ( tinha que andar uns 50 metros , para avisar na portaria para abrir para mim ).
