Misrepresentation - there is no Kind Size bed!
I booked a room with a King Size bed, which was significantly more expansive than the Queen Size bed room. However, when checked in, I got a queen size bed room. The person at the reception said they don't have King Size bed rooms. I should Not have been charged the additional cost for the King Size bed room.

Super convenient location, and the room was pretty clean. But when I checked out on 10th November , the middle aged woman with at the front desk was super rude !!!!!!!!!
