Front desk staff lacks understanding and empathy. The room that I expect to have a window does not have one and no other room was available. He then told me to either cancel my reservation (which is non-refundable) or pay for upgrade. He is not even a supervisor or manager. He is the only staff in the hotel and he refused to listen to any reasoning. Since I am not from there and I was not feeling good, I had no choice but to pay for an upgrade. The upgraded room was not even that good. Will not book this hotel in the future.
