I have never done this before, but once we saw the condition of our room, we walked back to the front desk and asked for a refund. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, I saw an ant on the fridge, the beds were just cots, the screen on the window was shredded, and there was a lot of other wear and tear on the room. We felt super unsafe, especially staying with two kids. We walked in, took in all the damage, and walked back out. I will saw the front desk staff was super kind. They were great and gave us our money back with no questions asked.
