Overall, a good monthlong stay at Lunar.
Customer service is good; the staff is friendly and will try accommodating you the best they can. Young staff but proactive.
WiFi was TERRIBLE. I was in a corner room, which ended up being a dead signal space. They need to add additional routers for better and uninterrupted service. (I often had to use the wifi of the hotel next door.) Everywhere else in the hotel, the WiFi was great!
Housekeeping is good but inconsistent. There's always something missing or not done. For example, one time, most everything was done but they didn't restock the coffee and water. Another time, they forgot the pillows. Another, they did everything else but forgot to provide clean cups/glasses. One housekeeper made the bed great, but the other didn't seem to know how to put on a comforter. Very inconsistent.
In-room dining has reasonable options that are priced okay, but why do that when there are eateries EVERYWHERE? And no late night service (ends at 21:30).
Airport taxi on my arrival was reasonably priced (about $20), but on the return they wanted to charge 1200 THB (~$32). (I hired a taxi online for my return; cost less than $20.)
There is a charge for overnight guests but they didn't seem to enforce it (for me, at least).
Summary: Good hotel that could use some TLC and better management/organization, but I'd stay again in a pinch.
