Great hotel in a nice location
Ideal hotel to stay in St Paul’s Square. The room was large and the bed was comfy. Everything looked shiny, clean and new. Great bar and restaurant downstairs. Plenty of others around the square and close by. will now be our go to hotel in Birmingham.

Lovely stay, would definitely return.
Lovely spot close enough to town centre but quiet enough at night. Great team who know how to look after people. Nice touch with free refreshments (juice, water, Prosecco) in fridge as well as tea and coffee. Very clean linen and towels. Quality shower. Will definitely stay again.

Great stay!
Really nice stay at St Paul’s over New Years. Spacious room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Only negative was the breakfast was very slow to come out, about 45 min - 1 hour wait for a granola and yogurt bowl. Very nice hotel but would recommend to get breakfast at local cafes instead.

Great hotel!
The room was quite small but very clean and recently decorated by the look of it. Great shower and good lighting etc for makeup. Iron and a fridge with water, small bottle of Prosecco and orange juice. Bed very clean and comfortable. Big TV. The only issue is that it is not light (Roman blinds) or sound proofed. The lift was out of order.
The small veggie breakfast was excellent.
Check in and check out very easy and staff very friendly.
Very lively bar!!
I will always stay here when I visit Birmingham.

Simple and convenient
Simple room with all the basics, however, the food is limited and service is very slow in the restaurant.
