We arrived early, we were informed of a deposit required, and conditions to recieve deposit back. No destruction, water diety sheets. It made us feel like we had to sleep on the floor. No full mirror, the AC was good. The fact that we were next to the icean was the benefit. We were not allowed to bring outside drinks????

*** POSITIVO: Estupenda ubicación a pie de playa, (bueno cuenta con dos edificio uno a pie playa y otro cruzando la avenida que los separa), habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, toallas y sábanas limpias, televisión plana con servicio de cable, estupenda señal de WiFi por todo el hotel, colchón confortable, me gusto que cada cama tuviera varias almohadas, muy cómodo, aire acondicionado perfecto, piscina, restaurante con precios acorde a sus platillos, deliciosa la comida. *** NEGATIVO: Los pasillos del hotel producen mucho eco y el exceso de ruido por parte de los huéspedes y aún más por parte de los empleados es demasiado molesto, hasta parece que están gritando dentro nuestra habitación. El hotel no ofrece el servicio de desayuno por lo que hay que pagar el mismo de forma independiente. El estacionamiento es solo para 10 vehículos por lo que si sales del mismo puede que cuando regreses alguien ya ocupo el lugar y tendrás que dejar el vehículo sobre la calle. *** VARIOS: Todo el personal, (camaristas, vigilantes, recepción, meseros, fueron muy atentos y muy amables con nosotros y con mucha actitud de servicio.

Lo que si me gustó: -El diseño del hotel es bonito, estilo playero. Da buena impresión. - Reconocimiento especial a las personas que atienden el bar de playa junto a la alberca. Son sumamente amables y serviciales. Todo el tiempo pendiente de tus necesidades con una sonrisa. Ponen música muy buena para ambientar. - La comida del restaurantes es muy rica. Felicidades a los cociner@s. Los meseros son muy amables y atentos. Los precios muy razonables. Puedes pedir la misma comida en el complejo frente a la playa. - El acceso a la playa está bonito y limpio. - El área que más me gustó es camastros, bar de playa. Lo que no me gustó: 1. No respetaron el precio de la plataforma. Me comentan que por eso ellos dan toda la info cuando llamas directo con ellos. En la plataforma no ponen opción para agregar 2 huespedes extras y la tarifa publicada dice que 4 personas. 2 adultos 2 menores pero los menores te los cobran como adultos. No hay coherencia. 2. La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho qué desear. Los resumideros del baño huelen muy fuerte, entiendo que son condiciones variables pero no hay atención o ventilación suficiente. El extractor no se da abasto para eliminar el mal olor. La ventana de la habitación da al estacionamiento asi que no puedes abrirla por privacidad/ seguridad. Nos quedamos 2 noches y no hicieron el aseo. Tuve que sacar personalmente la basura. No cambiaron las toallas ni hicieron las camas nuevamente. Te piden un depósito garantía y no se menciona
