Worse than expected. Unprofessional.
My room had a very small window and the bathroom was a disaster. The shower screen was faulty, and the water was just running everywhere outside when taking a shower. It is unbelievable that they had not noticed such a mess before. After complaining, they said they would change my room, but only next day as they were fully booked.
After that, I had to change for a second time my room (because I had two different reservations for different dates). As usual in these cases, I asked that they let me the new room's key to do the moving of all my stuff, and they simply refuse. They forced me to pack everything, leave the first room and check out before giving me the key for the new room. The lady at reception was inflexible, and she did not accept any of my reasonings. Keeping the two keys would have been just 2 minutes! I was very disappointed .
Finally, the question of the wardrobes. There is no place to put the clothes in the rooms, except for a very inefficient rack attached to the wall, with some hangers... But if you place there a couple of things, then the rest of things are ill placed. I guess this is fine for travelers expending one or two days in the hotel, but it is certainly very uncomfortable for longer stays (and it is cold in Stockholm, one needs clothes!).
On the whole, a disappointing experience.
