This property is really pretty and there is so much to do right as you walk outside. I feel like the cleanliness could have been better but we were always in and out and only back to sleep. The hotel restaurant had very good food options! Mini Starbucks on location and one Starbucks coffee shop right as you walk out and around the hotel.

Good, but no amenities

The room was massive with stunning views of the mountains. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff in the breakfast were great and very friendly. Two issues did arise. One, the front desk staff didn't speak English. When I checked in, she spoke English, but the next morning, no one did. The other issue was no amenities. No soap to wash my hands. No shampoo... nothing. I had to ask and it took some time for them to arrive which made me late getting out of the hotel.

Honest review

First of all it was not good that you have to pay for parking when the reservation says free valet parking. You check in and the first thing they tell you is that you havevto pay for parking. It would be better to know ahead of time of the charge, no surprises. The hallways are dirty, the room had hair in the bathroom floor, the mirrors dirty and it needs more cleaning. A hotel of that category should be top notch. The beds are extremely comfortable and it is not noisy.

Avoid hotel. False advertising

Rooms were not as advertised. The floor was terribly constructed. The restroom had broken tile. Woke up sweating at night because they had the heater throughout the building and you were unable to switch to air conditioning at any given moment. Would never recommend.
