I’ve stayed at this hotel before, so I’m familiar with how the airport shuttle works. After I completed check-in, I got to the elevators and then remembered the staff member never gave me a form to fill out with info about my car that I would be leaving there. What if I wouldn’t have filled out this form? Would my car have been towed? Also, the staff member did not give me info about instructions on what number to call and what process to go through for an airport pickup upon my return. When I went to take a shower at 3am, I discovered there was no shampoo. When I say there was no shampoo, I don’t mean it was low. There literally was absolutely no shampoo in the bottle. This made me wonder if other details were overlooked when the room was being cleaned. At checkout, they tried to charge me more money and stated I had a balance. I then reminded the staff member that I had already paid weeks ago through Expedia. After about five minutes, she told me to never mind….she made a mistake. This was a bit odd. Overall, the stay was decent, but there was a lot of these blunders that made it a bit disappointing. And the trash can by the ice machine was completely overflowing and trash on the floor as well. It has been like this on other stays as well. Not sure why the trash can at the ice machine is neglected.
