Horrible property! Pictures are deceiving! Stains all over my bed and towels. I requested a rend and they would not give it to me. I initially booked for 2 nights! But was left 1 hour after check in! And found a better hotel. That is how disgusting this place was! Do NOT STAY HERE!!

Goteira no meio do salão de café da manhã, sofá rasgado, moveis do quarto em estado ruim, entre outros… o fim para mim foi avisar 3 vezes que a agua do chuveiro estava vazando no banheiro todo e também na dependência do quarto e não resolveram. chamaram um técnico que foi olhar mas nada fez, pedimos para mudarmos de quarto duas vezes, na primeira não tinham vaga e na segunda avisaram que “só pode fazer a mudança se for imediatamente” sendo que estávamos saindo para um compromisso naquele exato momento. arrumação de quarto também é só troca de toalhas e arrumar a cama, o quarto seguia o mesmo estado. apesar de tudo, localização boa e quarto confortável (tirando a condição ruim do vazamento) tem muito a melhorar, senti que fui enganado pelas fotos e videos que vi. já foi bom um dia, espero que volte a ser novamente.
