Beyond Expectations
We were in town for a wedding. The hotel front desk clerk, Brittani went out of her way to make us all feel welcome. She took extra time to answer our questions and gave great advise. The hotel has a few dings and dents, especially the elevator but, it didn't inconvenience us too much. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we give Brittani "5 Stars."

The staff and manager, Josh, really made sure I was happy. I had to complain in the beginning that (for no reason of their own) I did not get the room I ordered. They were more than pleasant about it and happy to either move me to another room or adjust what I had paid. I would definitely stay here again. All other things were good too. The staff were amazing. They were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The property was a bit run down. Some updates and repairs were needed. Although there was damage throughout the hotel, the room and common areas were clean. I appreciate that parking was easy and accessible in the back of the hotel and another lot across the street. It’s paid parking.
