Staff very friendly and responsive. Would be good if the people from the restaurant really take care of the people, it was one hour waiting for a simple order of chicken wings and two drinks, it was terrible and end up having the order delivered to the room after two complaints. The hotel has serious issues with room cleanliness. Also the rooms are old, we had 5 rooms and 4 of them were smelly and poorly cleaned when we got them. Two of them had no hot water, the bed sheets, pillow cases and the towels had stain on them. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the view from the room and the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. The pool was also dirty and the hotel facade is aged and have water stains.

Pool area was very unkept pool water looked dirty. Property has lots of potential with the right maintenance and up keep it would really be a great hotel. Rooms need paint and better cleaning. Bathroom grout was moldy. Again Great space and potential with better up keep. That being said, staff was great breakfast included was a plus and parking included too.

As fotos não representavam exatamente como o quarto era. Parecia ter uma ante sala e era o que procurava. Quarto muito claro, mesmo a noite. Muito ruim para dormir até mais tarde. Além de várias lâmpadas queimadas. Box do chuveiro vazando água para fora molhando o banheiro. Além disso, o ralo não dava vazão a água do chuveiro. O que transbordava água para fora.

Foi uma estadia muito boa, o hotel está com algumas questões de reforma que incluirá melhorias como consertos em coisas antigas e que melhorará muito a infra-estrutura. Os funcionários são excelentes, principalmente a camareira e a recepção. A academia é boa. O que pode melhorar é o café da manha, com mais opções quentes.

Local bonito, bom, maa precisa melhorar o atendime
A estadia foi boa, o problema foi a piscina, nossa estadia terminava ao meio dia de sábado e a salva vidas começou limpar a piscina às 9h. Meus filhos doidos para entrar na piscina e não puderam usufruir do espaço até às 10h e 20m quando um funcionário pediu para liberar, por reclamação dos hóspedes! Achei um completo absurdo e falta de respeito. Às 11h precisei tirar meu filho da piscina para arrumar as coisas e fazer o check-out. No café da manhã não havia água potável disponível aos hospedes, só para venda, outro absurdo.
