If you want to have enough towels for the people in your room, this isn't the place to stay. We had four people on our reservation. The first of five nights we only had two towels. We went to the front, and we were told they didn't have any more. They would give us four the next day. On the second day, we did not receive four. We also told them the deadbolt was not working. They said they would send somebody but did not. On the third day I was finally able to get enough towels for the people in our room. Then, they finally gave us room service on the fourth day but again only left us with two towels. The sign in the bathroom said towels would be refreshed every two days. I was told, "They were really busy" on the day I was able to secure enough towels for the people in our room. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and they were unresponsive to our needs (which were basic to the number of people on our reservation). They never fixed the lock. There was mold around all the handrails in the shower, and all the hand towel racks were rusted out. We responded to texts from them, stopped at the front desk to speak to people, and emailed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
