The room was very clean with perfect location to the piazza di spagna and the piazza di popolo. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. As a negative I would consider that the room did not have a balcony and the only available terrace was on the 5 th floor.

The finale of our trip, im glad i booked this hotel. Very close to where we wanna spend our final trip in Rome. Bigger room is a plus. Despite of no elevator, i will book this place again. Easy check in and check out too.

Soggiorno piacevole. La struttura è vicinissima a Piazza di Spagna. Camera spaziosa, pulita e ristrutturata recentemente. Uniche pecche: 3 piani di scale senza ascensore essendo la palazzina nel centro storico e affaccio della camera assegnata direttamente sulla strada principale.

En familj på fem med tre barn upplevde vår vistelse som kanon. Nära till Spanska trappan och övriga sevärdigheter. Nära till tunnelbanan som gjorde att vi kunde spara lite på krafterna. Trevligt bemötande när vi anlände. Stort plus med två badrum på rummet. Hotels bör dock uppdatera informationen om att boendet kräver kontakt innan. Vi försökte men utan resultat men inga problem ändå vid incheckning. Härlig vistelse! Kan varmt rekommendera!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura in 4, due adulti e due bambini. Il punto è strategico ed essendo nella via principale tra negozi e vari ristorantini puoi muoverti tranquillamente anche la sera. A due passi da Piazza di Spagna. Il posto è eccellente, anche le camere ben arredate e soprattutto pulite. Il ragazzo che pulisce le stanze super disponibile, ci ha permesso pure di lasciare i bagagli la mattina per riprenderli nel primo pomeriggio avendo l'aereo la sera. La struttura gode inoltre di in terrazzino con divani e tavolini dove la sera si può godere di un po di relax all'aperto. L'unica nota negativa sono le scale per chi soggiorna al quarto piano come noi, perché è senza ascensore ma con un pó di sforzo all'inizio con le valigie poi è una fatica che si può fare tranquillamente. Se dovessimo decidere di ritornare a Roma, sicuramente opterei subito per la struttura.

Check-in al nostro arrivo perfetto, con camera pronta prima delle 14 e ottima accoglienza. Unico lato negativo da segnalare sono i 4 piani di scale che avevamo per andare nella nostra stanza (Spagna). Incantevole terrazzìno a disposizione di tutti all’ultimo piano con affaccio su via del Babuino e divanetti. La camera abbastanza spaziosa, bagno con ampia doccia. La qualità del sonno è stata molto buona, materasso fantastico .. unico disturbo un po’ di rumore dovuto forse al ricircolo dell’aria. Posizione davvero privilegiata, in via del Babuino esattamente a metà tra piazza di Spagna e piazza del Popolo. Comodissimi bar (Canova Tadolini e Baretto) per fare colazione all’aperto.
