Friendly traditional family run hotel in a convenient spot a short walk from town. Good breakfast, and clean rooms. No lift, so can be a little challenging taking luggage to rooms. The nearby newly built station car park is cheap and very secure.

The hotel is very old and tired. Nothing like the website claims. Does not have a restaurant. Claims to have 2 bars but has 1 limited choice bar. Definitely not for disabled persons as there is no elevator and the stairs are a little awkward.

Budget hotel near train station

An ok budget hotel close to the old downtown of Troyes. The closeness to the train station and the room rate both attracted me to this hotel. Check-in was very friendly and efficient. The room was relatively small and the double-wide bed was a sagging a bit in the middle. The outside rolling shutters are very good for noise reduction and the windows were tight. The bathroom could have been equipped with a few more amenities. There were no glass tumblers or porcelain cups in the room, only flimsy paper cups. I had to get a few extra ones from the reception. The hotel does not have an elevator {as far as I could tell}, so one has to haul luggage up the stairs. There is a large breakfast room which is also used for dinner service upon order. Breakfast would have been an extra 11.00 Euros. I chose to have breakfast in small restaurants or cafés downtown or with friends in town.

Hotel accogliente . Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione. Il centro abbastanza vicino, circa 10 minuti a piedi. Camere pulite e personale gentilissimo. Buona la colazione Unica "pecca " l orario della colazione alla domenica è dalle ore 8.00 piuttosto che dalle 7.00 come in settimana. Consigliata come struttura

Chambre réservée 83 euros, je suis déjà allé dans cette établissement se la première fois que le patron était très désagréable,, la clim était en panne, pour faire office de clim, on nous donne une bouteille d eau. Je recommande vraiment pas. Le pire de tous mes séjours en hôtel

Covid period

Hôtel propre et personnels sympathique. Néanmoins, il m’a fallu demander à 2 reprise une personne à l’accueil lors de mon arrivée car personne n’était présent à l’accueil. La personne m’accompagne à ma chambre, point fort. J’arrive dans une chambre, dans le noir, volet fermé et rideaux tirés alors qu’il est 19h et le soleil brille encore. J’ouvre les rideaux et comprends pourquoi ils étaient fermés... vu sur un mur. Étant en période de confinement lié au Covid, j’aurai peut être pu recevoir une chambre vu sur le parc où axe central étant donné que l’hôtel est vide...

Pas d'internet depuis 15 jours selon la reception. La chambre est à l'étage et pas d'ascenseur. Il faut prévoir de l'espèce et l'appoint pour payer la taxe de séjour. La réception est fermée entre 12h et 16h. La chambre supérieure est petite.

Mon séjour était plutôt tranquille dans l'établissement, sauf que le service petit déjeuner était fermé suite à cette pandémie donc du coup il fallait voir ailleurs, mais dans l'ensemble ça va
