The air conditioner was leaking into the room so we avoided that 1/3 of our room's soaked carpet. Dirty towel left in bathroom from previous guests. We arrived late so did not bother to let them know bc my family was in the adjacent room also. We got up early for the breakfast and it was good. I tried to get a receipt for both rooms but unable to find anyone. When I finally found her, she was abysmal. Very rude and non responsive to me even though i was standing in front of her. She was preoccupied with putting away breakfast item and pointed me to a SIGN AT THE DESK. The sign read, "If you need help, knock on the kitchen door" So I went to knock on the door, which she was standing in, and asked, where is the front desk person? She replied, I am the front desk person, READ THE SIGN. I said, I did read the sign! How can i get any help? NO REPLY FROM HER AND NO RESPONSE. I went back to the front desk and waited a couple more minutes at the desk until she came over. NO INTERACTION. JUST STOOD THERE. I said "I thought there was no way you could possibly be the front desk person because you saw me 10 minutes ago and did not attempt to respond! Dirty motel, run down, no attention to customer service. ... i could go on. I have been in customer service over 40 years, she does not belong anywhere that she would interact with people. Don't even THINK ABOUT staying here, YOU WILL REGRET IT
