I went here as a family of four, having booked two double rooms, selected for "one double bed" in each room, confirmed, paid.
When I check in, I was told one of the rooms have to be two single beds, which is not what I have booked for. The staff did not give a valid explanation. After a long discussion and a ruined mood, he agreed to ask if other guests is willing to switch the double bed room for me.
Turn out I was lucky as I got the room with double bed as I have booked, but the whole experience has been awful, with the front desk staff (a male staff) having poor communication skill and display a non-helpful attitude.
I have a 3-star for staff and service only because of the lady who serve breakfast and was very kind to my daugher. If it wasn't for her, it would have been a 1-star staff service.
