For a western traveller, this place is so great. Washing machine in room really helps travellers. The bath is big and beds are comfortable and the bar downstairs is great place for a drink. So quiet too. No cars in this part of town!

倉敷で週末にしては高くないけれども
シャワーとトイレが共同で、同じフロアにあったのはいいとして、一旦客室から外に出ることになるので、格好を気にする必要がある。特に2階の女性専用シャワー室の前にフリースペースがあり、そこは男女兼用なので、シャワー室を出た途端にそこでお茶を飲んでいた男性と目があって気まずかった。1階から上は天井が吹き抜けになっていてコの字型に客室が配置されている。冬なので天井が閉じられているが、一歩客室を出たらかなり寒さを感じるので、もっと寒くなったら湯冷めする可能性あり。

連泊だったので、1段目のベッドで、良かったです。部屋や廊下・隣のシャワー室などの音も気にならないぐらい気を付けている建物だなと思いました。朝食も毎日同じでしたが2日間は飽きずに食べれましたし美味しかったです。（3日目は外食しました） 難を言えば針金ハンガーが一つあったのですが、かけるところがなく苦心しました。 洗顔フォームや化粧水乳液もあって、助かりました。

ホテル内にエレベーターがないのが難点。部屋に懐かしのレコードプレーヤーとレコードがあり、久しぶりにレコードを聴けました。バスタブはなくシャワーだけですが、シャワーの勢いがよく、ありがたかったです。バストイレが広いのもよかったです。室内に冷蔵庫はなく、共同の冷凍庫がありました。 どちらかと言うと若者向けで、海外のユース的な雰囲気でした。レストランバーが併設されていて、食事はそこでとれます。
