Property architecture is stunning and design of the rooms is really nice. However service is terrible (no room service, tv not working, room barely cleaned/ beds not properly made daily, i was asked to go downstairs to pick up a bottle of water becauae itbwas after 10pm, etc.) Food is terrible as well and really expensice. Issue is compounded by the fact that the property is quite secluded.

특급호텔 친절에 쉬기 좋은 웰니스리조트~
로비에 들어서니 은은한 향이 기분좋게 맞아주네요. 체크인 데스크 직원 아주 친절해요. 저녁을 파크키친을 이용했는데 음식도 괜챦고 직원서비스는 남직원,여직원 두분다 특급호텔정도로 아주 친절합니다. 파크로쉬 이미지가 업되더라구요. 글라스하우스에 계신 직원께 질문을 했는데 어찌나 친절하신지.. 사우나이용했는데 사우나는 개인 프라이버시를 존중해서인지 조명이 너무 어두웠어요. 정선5일장까지 20분정도 거리이라 잠깐 다녀오기 좋았어요. 객실청소상태도 좋았고 침대도 편안했어요. 웰니스리조트라 요가,수영도 하면서 쉬기에 딱 좋은 환경이예요. 직원들 고객응대 태도가 그 호텔의 수준을 결정하는데 파크키친 직원들은 칭찬해주고 싶네요. 다음에 또 방문할 예정입니다.

턱없이 부족한 주차장
객실 크기도 크고 침대 및 시설 상태나 청결은 좋았습니다. 다만 뷰는 좀 애매합니다. 가리왕산뷰(케이블카)는 주차장이 시야의 반 정도 차지합니다. 반대편(오대천뷰)도 맞은편의 호텔이 시야에 많이 들어오는 것 같습니다. 파크로쉬의 가장 큰 문제는 주차장입니다. 턱없이 부족한 주차장으로 바깥 외부 도로까지 양쪽으로 줄줄이 주차를 해야합니다.
