Property was very good albeit in the middle of a huge city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On reception they advertised times and a menu for their bar and restaurant. However when we enquired they told us it was closed but they would happily order in for us if we needed assistance. Room was very good apart from the mugs for coffee both of which were dirty and very obviously used fairly recently as the tray they were on was wet and stained. Staff did after being made aware supplied clean ones. Overall would recommend. Breakfast was continental but plenty of choices, very good.

For the price I paid I should have got more value for the money. The bathroom is extremely small. The bath towels were thin like sheets, did not absorb the water. The breakfast was so low in quality, a real insult. To be a 3 star hotel the standard should be higher.

the room has bad smell, bathroom is very small, there is no stand and no place to put the suitcase, have to put on the floor. the carpet is very dirty and old and smell badly, the corridor carpet is very dirty and smell badly. the outside area is dirty and not safe. Do not stay in this hotel.
