I booked this room through Hotels.com and after I booked, I got an email stating they will take Sixty Dollars out for a hold until you check out. I checked in , they took out One Hundred and the room was tilted so bad, so much, it made me feel like I was going to fall. The room smelled, the carpet was stained, there was no A/C, or fan. The room was stale and very hot. I called ans asked about the A/C, clearly I could see the ceiling vent. They said they have an A/C that THEY control and they only use it in the summer. The room didn't have any amenities, no microwave, nothing. They said I could use the microwave behind the front desk. They have a lift not an elevator that slams on your extremities if not careful. I asked for a refund and the lady said no because I booked through hotels.com. I gave her the key and turned to walk away and murmured something rude under her breath. I called hotel.com and only got a robot. No option to talk to anyone or get a refund. BEWARE!!!
