Both hotels.com and Fairfield charged my card for our stay, but was billed double the amount from Fairfield. Trying to get my money back. The Fairfield staff did not offer to contact hotels.com to help resolve and when hotels.com tried to contact the hotel, nobody wanted to help them.
There was a wet dirty washcloth left in our shower with hair all over it, and also found a container of leftover salad with condiment packets in the nightstand drawer next to the bed. The continental breakfast was disgusting, and their king size beds are not king size like they say. They're much smaller. The owners are shady and selfish, and not willing to make things right. Ironically, on their TV's in their rooms is a Fairfield commercial that plays over and over basically stating, "At Fairfield, we never drop the ball, and if we do, we'll try to make it right!" This place can't even follow their own company objective and it's a big joke. Don't ever stay here bc they will scam you out of money.
