Upon arrival with my 92 years old mom and myself who has health issues, it was quite noticeable that we had to climb the stairs. I asked the lady taking us to our room where is the elevator and she replied there is none. Climbing 3 flights of stairs was the most inconveniences of all because it inhibited us from going out as we would like. Since we had to stay in, we needed to watch tv and sometimes the cable wasn’t working. Due to my health concerns and diet, I needed to use the oven which was told to me on my first night of arrival that it wasn’t working. Pots, knives, cutting boards were old, stripping, dirty and needed to be discarded. I communicated all this to the 4 people on the WhatsApp group that they added me to so I could reach someone if I needed them and unfortunately it wasn’t so. The only person I saw, spoke with and showed any level of compassion to my concerns and inconveniences was the lady who took me to the apartment. Both owners of the condo were on this WhatsApp group and they never responded to any of my concerns. Their unkind and unprofessional behaviors affected my mental and physical health where it seems like my medications didn’t help the pain. I had to pay to get massage. The only response from the owners was when they forced me to pay cash for the second apartment that they transferred me to due to their inconveniences. I asked to pay with credit card and that’s when the conversation got heated and I had to pay the cash. They ruined my vacation
