Ótimo hotel em Maceió. Estacionamento amplo e gratuito no subsolo, café da manhã com tapiocas e omeletes inclusos e um quarto confortável e novo. A localização, apesar de não ser na beira-mar, é muito boa. Duas quadras do mar e próximo à restaurantes. Pretendo retornar.

Pessimo atendimento da recepção. Chegamos ao meio dia e nos informaram que o check-in era só às 15:00. O atendente nos disse que Iria pedir uma prioridade na limpeza do quarto e seria o primeiro a ser limpo e liberado. Ficamos aguardando e de 30 em 30 minutos perguntávamos e nos falavam que era só as 15:00 e que iriam tentar antes. Liberaram o nosso quarto apenas às 14:50 sendo que outros hóspedes que não tiveram a piori a prioridade, tiveram seus quartos liberados bem antes. Total descaso da recepção. As camareiras foram excelentes e prestativas. Café da manhã fraco. Não entendi o porque Da avaliação do hotéis.com ser tão alta. Não merece a avaliação que tem.

Frustrante
Já me hospedei neste hotel antes e gostei bastante, mas dessa vez foi ruim. Café da manhã com frutas verdes, suco quente e bem aguado, máquina de café nao abasteceram de pó e estava (no primeiro dia), pao de queijo e um outro pão cru. Nao tinha gelo. Tapiocas recheadas com queijo e misto quente ja ficam preparados, mas ficam "duros" e bem ruins. Elevador: Precisam programar o elevador para a pessoa nao poder apertar o botao de subir, so o de descer pq (so deixa o botao pra chamar pra subir disponivel para acionamento nos andares de area comum como garagem, recepcao, academia ou somente em um dos elevadores nao nos dois) pq as pessoas ficam pegando o elevador na subida, mas para descer, e quem está nos andares mais altos fica muito tempo esperando, pois o elevador ou ja acende a luz de lotação e nao sobe pq atinge a carga mxima ou ja chega sem vaga. Limpeza, localização e conforto do quarto excelentes.
