It was an awesome experience living at Mercure. The rooms were massive. The view from our 38th floor was amazing. However we did face a few problems with room service for ex when asked for a few things it took a very long time to be delivered. The rugs in the room were never vacuumed. I’m sure if we asked they would have done it right away but it’s something that should be done anyway.

The air conditioner in that room smelled moldy. "The next day, I strongly told them to change the room to the one I originally reserved." I am very dissatisfied with the cleaning, such as not bringing bath towels even if I order them. I was disappointed to choose only because the station was close and cheap. It's hard to get down because the elevator doesn't come very often.
