I place great value both on cleanliness and on the staff’s friendliness and competence. Hotel Remfort is absolutely excellent on these terms. All three of the front-desk workers whom I encountered during my 2-night stay were very friendly, highly competent, and knowledgeable about Santa Ana. This boutique hotel is sleek and stylish and is an ideal walking distance from the central square. I am already wanting to return to this hotel — and the lovely small city of Santa Ana — as soon as I am able to! Thank you, Hotel Remfort!

The staff is very nice, the only issue is the noisy street next to the hotel, but they offer ear plugs for that. The pool and other amenities were under remodel so I was unable to use them. The breakfast was also really good as well.
