I’ve stayed here quite a few times with minimal issues. They have added a $200 security fee that u must pay AFTER being charged by hotels.com. Careful with this.
This time around I stayed in a different room, absolutely hated it. HORRENDOUS experience. The refrigerator was not working when we came. It took 2 days for a response and when we finally got it adjusted and asked what they can do to offset the inconvenience, we have yet to be answered. Here’s what pissed me off, check out is 11, we were getting ready to leave and was there till 11:30. This guy basically came into the room while I was naked and didn’t even bother to exit but proceeded to have demanding demeanor telling me I need to leave although I explained we are getting ready and already PISSED at the experience. Think twice!
