1. its a BAD EXPEDIA EXPERIENCE
Expedia did not coordinate with the Hotel Staff, so when we arrive in White Beach, no one from the Hotel is there waiting for us, we have to ask people to point us, on where is the hotel.
2. the word Annex, literally means its not the Hotel on the beach side, we have to walk 1 minute to go to the Annex building, away from the main Hotel building
3. so when we arrive at the hotel, everything needs to be asked since Expedia did not coordinate with them, after getting all the info's the owner already set us on a room but 1 of the staffs changed it, and the room (US6) is so disappointing, its dirty, not maintained, so we have to ask for an upgrade, another staff came back (Ate Mariz) who is very polite, provided us info for the upgrade (but the price is not realistic for a not maintained hotel), then she offer for a room change (the original room that was offered by the owner), which is the standard room on this page (there's already a picture on this page) which is much better.
3. the new room is much better, but dusty
4. CRT TV around 14", no hot shower (already advertised on this website)
5. Wrong Picture shown on this website for the CR, its so small and not maintained.
6. The internal wall to separate the rooms are just plywoods.
price on expedia is doubled from the hotel
